Recently, Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. Electronic Components Distributors Announced that its TANTAMOUNT Hi-Rel COTS T97 of industrial and commercial solid tantalum chip capacitors 597D series, and ThunderFET SiR880DP 80V N-channel power MOSFET Design News magazine in 2011 selected electronics and test classes Golden Mousetrap Best Product of the final selection list.
